Where we come from
The company grew out of its founder’s career in maritime work. Since 2003 Amjad Sulaibi has worked on underwater maintenance, installation services for ships and ports, hull welding, ship component assembly and drydock operations. Alongside the marine work he trained as a welder, carpenter, plumber and electrician.
That mix matters. When we design something, we have usually built, installed or repaired something like it ourselves.
Where we are going
JOOD is developing AquaSmart, an atmospheric moisture recovery technology, and preparing to manufacture it in Poland. Alongside that, it exports Polish flour and animal feed to the Gulf, invests in Polish real estate, and takes on contractor work.
We are also building Osool Mostadamah (الأصول المستدامة, “Sustainable Assets”), a multi-sector company focused on the Middle East.
